The 340B program is essential as it allows us to address the extensive healthcare needs of our community, especially given our limited resources and the economic challenges our patients are facing. 340B savings have been used to expand our center in Princeton, adding a very needed 6,000 sq ft addition. This allowed us to build six more exam rooms and put a food pantry on the lower level.

Additionally, 340B savings support our workforce recruitment and retention efforts, providing additional funding necessary to allow us to hire more providers and community health workers and ensure they are able to attend training on the latest trends in health care. This allows us to constantly improve the quality care that we are able to provide to our rural community.
